Lola’s, a chef-driven and guest-focused café, is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Culinary Team. At Lola’s, we’re more than just a line; we’re about curiosity, growth, and a genuine love for food. Our menu is crafted with intention, inspired by the people, places, and traditions that make food a shared experience. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to work the line but wants to understand and explore the art of cooking.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a Culinary Team Member who has some experience handling food but, more importantly, brings a great attitude, a hunger to learn, and a desire to grow. Qualifications:
A genuine curiosity about cooking and a desire to deepen your knowledge and skills.
An appreciation for quality ingredients and from-scratch food preparation.
The ability to work effectively with your team, even during those small but mighty dinner rushes.
A collaborative spirit, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
A high sense of responsibility and pride in your work, with an eagerness to take initiative.
Some experience working in a busy kitchen environment is preferred, but your willingness to learn and grow is what matters most.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $20-$22/hr for dinner service, $18/hr for prep shifts, with room to grow.
A consistent, set schedule that prioritizes two consecutive days off in a row.

Position: Brunch Server (PT)
