  • Lola’s is looking for a talented front of house professional to join our team as a barista. Our neighborhood cafe is a destination for many in Omaha. They come for the food, the coffee, the atmosphere, and our vibrant and friendly team.

    If you have a passion for espresso and good food, experience in high volume, and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests, we want to hear from you.

    Position: Barista/Counter
    (Front of House)

    Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, pooled tips, and opportunities for growth within our company.

    Schedule: Flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, mornings and evenings. Must be available on weekends.

  • Lola’s is looking for someone with a strong culinary foundation and a high level of personal responsibility—takes ownership of their station, contributes to the team, and stays engaged and productive at all times, even during slower moments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail during service

    • Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, organized, and fully stocked station

    • Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and according to standards

    • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while respecting the flow and pacing of service
