BREAD

 

Bread is all made in house using wild fermentation process. We use a mix of organic whole wheat bread flour along with local rye and stone milled whole wheat. Round loaves of Rustic Sourdough are available daily on our curbside menu. Specialty loaves like Raisin Walnut and Polenta Cottage are available on occasion or by request.
