On the darkest day of the year we celebrate light. In our family we also celebrate the late Nonna Margherita, a bright light in life and memory, on her birthday.
Again this year Lola’s will join in the celebration of light on the Winter Solstice by making Nonna’s Sugo – a red meat sauce traditional in Tuscany where she came from. The sauce her family adores to this day. We will make it with love and serve it with hand-made tagliatelle pasta.
The dinner ticket includes pasta, salad, and pizza bianca. Cacio e pepe can be substituted for vegetarians.
Wine and NA beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
