August’s theme is volcanic soils. We’ll dive into this much lauded (and much debated!) topic, discussing what exactly makes these mineral-driven, smoky, earthy wines so good.
Weather permitting, we’ll host this class on the patio. Participants will enjoy exclusive pricing on any bottles they’d like to take home.
Each pour will be served with a small bite, and guests are invited to stay for dinner afterward with 10% off.
